Esta's White River Retreat is located on a dead-end country road, a short 20-minute drive to either Mountain View, known as the Folk Music Capital of the World, or Batesville, the second oldest city in Arkansas and the regional Medical Center for the area.
Mountain View is surrounded by the natural beauty and splendor of the Ozark Mountains and is less than 130 miles from Branson, Missouri, or Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Our private compound includes eight large riverfront log and cedar homes that are very unique, very upscale, and cater to people who insist on quality and service. With wonderful riverfront views of White River and the park like grounds of the compound.
During the hotter summer months, the clear cold water of the White River reduces the shoreline temperature 5 to 10 degrees lower than the prevailing temperatures. To take advantage of this natural air conditioning, we are constructing a Riverside Pavilion for special outdoor functions.
While visiting Esta's White River Retreat you will likely see deer, raccoons, mink, beaver, Bald Eagles, cranes, ducks, armadillo, squirrels, and many kinds of birds.
You will love the unique swimming hole. A sports field includes volleyball, basketball, and horseshoes. The parklike setting will allow you escape into a world of nature's special treasures and ease the tensions we all face in our day-to-day lives.
